1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Calfit mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

Calfit is a nutrition tracking application that provides the following services:

• Calorie and nutritional value tracking
• Personalized nutrition goals
• AI-powered food recognition (Pro feature)
• Nutrition analytics and reports
• Meal reminders

4. User Account

4.1 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and preventing unauthorized access. If you notice unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Calfit Pro

• Calfit Pro subscription offers additional features
• Subscriptions are offered in weekly, monthly, or yearly periods
• Payments are processed by Apple

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you must follow these rules:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws
• Do not share misleading or false information
• Do not negatively impact other users' experience
• Avoid actions that could compromise the App's security
• Do not perform reverse engineering or source code extraction

7. Intellectual Property

The Calfit application, its design, logo, content, and all related intellectual property rights belong to Calfit. These terms grant you a limited license for personal and non-commercial use.

8. User Content

Meal logs, photos, and other data you enter into the App belong to you. However, you grant us permission to process this data to provide the App's functionality.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and OpenAI. Use of these services is subject to their own terms of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free
• You acknowledge that AI food recognition may not be 100% accurate
• We do not accept responsibility for the accuracy of nutritional data

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of the App.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the App after updates means you accept the new terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through the App.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
